It helps us constantly monitor our client base and improve our services proactivlywe don't randomly obtain feedback we make this a part of our everyday service and obtain feedback on a daily basis and update our customer satisfaction score. We ask a series of questions as a part of our process to assitane what clients feel in respect of various aspects of our service. We transparently provide these scores to all clients and are published on our website.
