Giveback

The idea behind ‘GiveBack’ is simple – to give something back to our hard-working and dedicated staff.

With GiveBack, we ask our employees what they want, what motivates them, what makes them happy in their jobs.

For example, we’ve found that 85% want more annual leave, 75% want recognition and suggestion schemes and 75% seek more flexible working.

We’ve responded. An employee of the month is now nominated by staff, and if successful receives an additional day’s holiday in the year. One extra day of holiday is also now given for every three years of service, and a recreational committee has been set up to arrange social functions and to organise charity events.
